Christine Davis, LMSW

Christine Davis is a Licensed Social Worker and Board-Certified Case Manager. She brings more than 20 years of experience in medical and geriatric social work in in-patient long-term care, hospice, and community home care. She employs a person-centered approach to care management, navigating significant life changes with clients with a high-touch focus on their specific needs and preferences.

Christine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Hunter College School of Social Work with a specialization in Adults, Older Adults, and Families. She is formally trained as a Certified Dementia Practitioner and Dementia Care Trainer, and is an active member of the National Aging Life Care Association of Care Managers. She works collaboratively with clients, their loved ones, and care providers to promote autonomy and wellbeing across wide ranging healthcare situations.
