Youmna Nafady, LMSW

Youmna Nafady, Licensed Social Worker, joined Better Health Advisors in 2021, bringing ten years of experience in psychiatric and medical social work. She has worked in multiple settings, including behavioral health (inpatient and outpatient), emergency crisis, and medical care coordination. At BHA, she works directly with clients, providing guidance on finding doctors and making treatment decisions, and coordinating high-touch care across the medical team.

Youmna specializes in mental health, with a focus on adolescents, young adults, and geriatric patients. Before coming to BHA, she worked closely with treatment teams in major hospitals throughout New Jersey, including Hackensack University Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, and Carrier Clinic. She received a Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University.
